DeleteThe 10 gods analysis is more about wealth and status. The EB relationships are more related to personal life. The classics often say: 以干为禄 ， 以支为命 - Stems as fortune, branches as life. Having Officer, Wealth and Seal indicates good fortune for this structure. Having negative relationships between the branches indicates something bad about his personal life.

Well, regarding his life, relationship seemed to be of people's interest much more than his wealth and fame which has already been well known. That would be the reason why bazi practitioners often tried to focus on such aspect.
I don't know much about chinese but your explanation reminds me some terms about Cai-Guan-Yin structure which I heard from somewhere before.

Tiger Wood’s chart is a classical tiao hou (調候) chart known also as 冬金火煉.

In this type of chart fire regardless favorable or unfavorable is usually being considered as primary YS.
Hi DW, zi-mao punishment is just another factor of looking at the chart.
zi-mao punishment is known as wu li zhi xing 無禮之刑。 zi is water, mao is wood and zi-mao is supposed to be mother giving birth to son yet in punishment thus regarded as wu li de 無禮德。zi-mao is also known as tao hua xing 桃花刑， usually affecting marriage also indicate in ( 神逢通考)as having chou sheng wai wen 醜聲外聞。
YS in ming li also denotes son star to the male chart. What give birth to the son is the mother or the wife to the male chart. In TW chart, the son is fire and wife is wood. When wood is in punishment usually wife is affected and marriage is disrupted.

I define 用神 -YS , 'Useful God' (with capital U and G) as 用事之神 - the god in charge，which refers to 月令 as indicated by 滴天髓 and 子平真诠。
For the god that is used by the structure, like Officer in this case, I often write as 'useful god' (small u and g). I know it's confusing, but I don't know how to do this in a better way.

He is 财官印. We all know frozen Metal need Fire as Useful God. He has 調候 Ding Fire rooted is great. Not every 财官印 can succeed till this level, the main reason of his cutting edge as best is LPs are Autumn.
